Get ticketed to operate a backhoe loader on civil construction sites. This nationally recognised unit covers planning and preparing for the job, carrying out pre-operational checks, operating the machine safely and productively, and shutting down and maintaining it correctly. Training and assessment are delivered on site, on your own plant, across Sydney.
To enrol in this course, you must meet the following requirements:
We come to you. Training and assessment are delivered at your workplace on your own plant, anywhere in Sydney. Where you do not have a suitable site or machine, we can arrange access to one. Practical training and assessment are always conducted face to face on the machine.
Result is Competent (C) or Not Yet Competent (NYC). Two assessment attempts are included in your course fee at no extra cost. Further attempts are charged at $150 per unit.
Includes all training and assessment, learner materials, your free pre-training review and LLND assessment, two assessment attempts, and issue of your Statement of Attainment.

Already operating this machine but never got the ticket? Recognition of Prior Learning lets us assess what you can already do instead of putting you through training you do not need. RPL is charged from $150 per unit. If you hold this unit from another RTO, Credit Transfer is free.
